This page contains a "special purpose" set of panels for the Iraq Memorial Wall. This page contains a BANNER (not panel) containing statistics for the war, a tribute to the Iraqi civilian dead There are also panels for a banner honoring the wounded with the caption, "Who will support the troops when the troops become veterans." The Santa Fe Chapter uses these banners when the Wall is being displayed for "political" purposes, but omits them for purely memorial events (such as Memorial Day) or other events where they may be counterproductive (such as events welcoming the troops home from Iraq.)
